San Diego Foreclosure Information

It seems like foreclosures are still on the rise in San Diego county. I run reports every week in the San Diego MLS and it shows me the number of properties that are Bank Owned in San Diego and this report does not seem to be getting any smaller. This week there was in excess of 1,000 bank owned homes in San Diego County. The number real estate real estate short sales also continues to rise. I am going to continue to say that real estate is something you really should consider to purchase. Many people that were unable to afford to purchase a home several years ago are now able to buy their first home and it should be noted that if you can afford to buy something and you are comfortable with the payment you really should take advantage of it. The real estate market is going to come back and in San Diego it will continue to be strong over the next many years so take advantage of a down time and buy something. Rent it out now if you can't afford it but at least you will get into the real estate game and own something!!!
